We are available to answer your calls and e-mails from 9AM - 5PM from Monday to Sunday. Although we won't be working from the same location, a member of our team will always be available to help and advise on any issue or inquiry that you might have.
We acknowledge the hard work of our couriers and promise adhere to our advertised shipment times for as long as they remain operational. If you wish to collect your orders in store, this remains a possibility as one of our staff members will always be on the premise. The process will however be absent of any form of contact between the customer and our staff.
Due to the current government restrictions our shipping couriers have started their contactless delivery from the 16th of Mar 2020 (Monday). This means that all parcels shall be delivered by leaving the parcels in the distance of 2 meters from the consignee, without making any direct contact. The consignee's signature on the courier’s scanner shall be replaced by one of the following processes.

Despite the new measures, please remember it is still your responsibility to inspect and confirm that the goods are in perfect condition before confirming the delivery.
