The all-new Axis ARTPro wings are a dedicated range of fast wings for experienced larger riders wanting big performance and as a such as progression from the ART range that preceded them.
After years of development and countless iterations, Axis didn't settle for simply scaling up a proven formula. Instead, they strived for something exceptional. The result of their efforts was so remarkable that the team collectively decided to launch a new range for AXIS - the Axis ARTPRO's.
Leading the way in this new range is the Axis ARTPRO 1201. This wing is designed for fast downwinding and larger riders, and it's the same one Dylan Bez used to set a World Record for a marathon surf pump session, covering a whopping 58km in 3 hours and 6 minutes - all without getting wet again!
The Axis ARTPRO 1201 was designed to have excellent bottom end, endless glide, a fast and nimble feel, unparalleled large span turning and control, and great breach control - all crucial for a wing of this size. To achieve this, we used several tools such as less overall turn down, a less complicated shape by removing unnecessary curvatures, a straighter and more forward medial line for better turning and control, and a very high aspect ratio - especially for the smaller ARTPRO's. Additionally, we introduced all-new, faster, and thinner foil sections, except for the ARTPRO 1201, where the focus is more centered around early lift.

All of this new found performance; also required a rethink of the rear stabiliser range from Axis. This gave birth and rise to the all newAxis Skinnies Rear Stabiliser.
