Back for 2021 and the Fanatic 10ft4 Fly Air Pure is a really really popular board for us not only here at the shop and within our test center but also with everyone that we've shipped to over the course of 2020.
Exceptionally affordable, the entire board package including: paddle, pump, leash
everything you need to get on the water is just £479 delivered. The other thing is really just how
user-friendly this is as an all-round paddleboard. It paddles very well across flat water, works well in the sea, plays well in small waves, it's just a great stable entry into stand up paddle boarding.

The Fanatic 9 foot 8 Diamond is the smallest board in Fanatics very popular Diamond range aimed at female paddlers.
The board is much lighter and much more manageable to carry than its previous version, the price has also been lowered mainly due to this board not having a stringer as it had in previous years. It is still just as good tho, with the overall outline shape making the board very stable despite it now being single skin layup.

So here it is, for 2021 the Fanatic 10-4 Fly Air Pocket. Fanatic build very very good and effective inflatable paddle boards in a number of shapes in a number of constructions. In 2020 there where two constructions that was the pure and the premium, to hit two different price points and two ends of the market. But this year they introduced the Pocket Edition which comes in two different size 10ft4 and 11ft6 Touring.
It is exceptionally lightweight firstly, but it's the size that it packs down to, hence the name "Pocket". The backpack is very slim, really easy to store and nigh on half the width of any other
board in their range. So if you're looking to store say a standard paddleboard from
Fanatic, in a Pocket construction you could effectively put two boards in the same space.

The Fanatic 10 ft 4 Fly Air Premium is a premium board not only in terms of name but also price point and construction. The price point is justified because this board is an exceptional quality product, at 10 feet and 4 inches overall length, 33 inches width, five and a half inches thickness and with 284 litres of volume, the 10-4 Fly Air Premium works really well for a broad range of people across a wide range of situations.

The all-new Red Paddle Co 10 6 Ride 2021 is quite simply an icon in terms of inflatable paddle boards and paddle boarding as a whole.
It's arguably the most popular board on the market today and it certainly is Red Paddle Co's most popular board in their range because the 10 6 Ride really just appeals to so many people, covering off so many different bases because the board being 10 foot 6 long overall, 32 inches wide and 284 liters of volume works for so many people as a starter and people just looking for a board that does a bit of everything.

Ground breaking when it came out and really started this whole kind of compact, small package iSUP movement that we've seen since the launch of the 9 foot 6 Red Paddle Co Compact. Since then they have added in the 11 foot Compact which shares a similar width, but it's ultimately longer overall offering slightly more glide and more volume.
The 9 foot 6 Compact itself actually leans a lot on Red Paddle Co's heavily proven Ride range and it takes a lot of influence from the 10ft6 Ride. But, at a foot shorter overall in length it does lack slightly in the glide department but in stability not an issue at all and oddly tracking actually slightly better.

The all-new Yarra is Jobe's best selling inflatable paddle board and it's one of our favorites within their range. That's down to the versatility that you get from this board which measures 10 foot 6 by 32 inches wide and six inches thick, which gives it a really really large volume of 310 liters. The volume is what makes it really work so well as it will incorporate passengers up to around 110, even 115 kilos without a huge issue.
The board is also very rigid and that's down to the pressure that the board runs. It runs at 14 to 20 psi and the board itself incorporates a stringer, Jobe's fusion technology as well as their welded rail system which make the Yarra a really really good package.

Here is the Tahe 10ft6 Beach Sup Yak all-new board from a seemingly all-new brand. Formerly known as the BIC Beach, Tahe have updated the board massively, not only with new graphics, but also with a number of features on it. One thing that hasn't changed though is the price, easily remaining one of the most affordable offerings within the range from Tahe.
The board is also very very feature-rich, so much so that you won't find this number of features
in a board at this price point from any other brand.

The 10-6 Breeze is a board that we've had for a couple of years now, exceptionally popular
because of the price point and also the board's ease of use.
This year they have given the entire range a massive overhaul and the 10-6 Breeze has never looked so good or been built so well to such a high spec.
Probably most striking is actually the graphics on the board and they are a digitally printed wood effect graphic on the nose, which comes as a separate layer of fabric that sits on the top of the board and provides another layer of protection to your inflatable.

The 2021 Red Paddle Co 11 foot 3 Sport is a very striking looking board, an exceptionally popular model due to its overall length. We find that there is growing interest and popularity in the touring segment of the sport because of the longer waterline length, which is key for performance and efficiency.
And while it's called a sport, don't expect to go racing off as it's actually a very stable board at 32 inches wide and 11 foot 3 overall length it's glide is where it really wins through when compared to something like an all-rounder like the 10-6 Ride.

Here is the new Fanatic 11 foot 6 Ray Air Pure Edition, a great redesign of the previously known Pure Air Touring.
At a very reasonable price point, arguably on the budget side of the SUP market, the Ray Air Pure offers a great quality construction, making it look and feel like a board of a much higher value.
At 11 foot 6 overall in length, 31 inches in width, 6 inches thick and with 299 liters of volume this board is going to work really well for paddlers up to and around 115 kilos.

The all-new 11 foot 6 Fanatic Pocket comes on the back of the success of the 10-4 pocket and what Fanatic do very cleverly is: they have built and designed some fantastic shapes and they offer them two constructions, the Pure and the Premium allowing you the opportunity to decide what you'd like to do with your money and how much of that you'd like to spend on a Fanatic board.
As a result, they've taken these proven shapes and they've put them into boards with a construction technology that enables them to go down to well small and manageable packages, resulting in a board that is not only very transportable but also very lightweight, very rigid and really rewarding to paddle.

The all-new Fanatic 12 foot 6 Ray Air Premium Edition is one of our favorite touring shapes from Fanatic, At an overall of 12 feet 6 long, 32 inches wide, 6 inches thick and 339 liters of volume it is a really stable platform.
Despite it's width, it doesn't make you feel like you're paddling a 32 inch wide board, it feels as stable as a 32 inch white board, but having paddled similar sized dimensions from other brands the Ray Air actually feels quicker.

The all-new Jobe 12 foot 6 Neva has seen an overhaul of improvements in 2021. Jobe have given an awful lot of thought to this and it's very clear to see in the advancements and improvements they've made to this already successful touring shape.
At 12 foot 6 overall with 30 inches wide and 320 litres of volume as well as six inches thick, the Jobe 12 foot 6 Neva is a very fast, efficient and capable board.

The all-new 2021 Red Paddle Co 13 foot 2 Voyager is here and unlike anything Red have done before.
The difference in this board based on the outgoing model or anything else in this category is the brand new V-hull.
Basically Red have managed to put in a "V" into the front of this board on the underside through simply the inflation alone.

All new for 2021 the Starboard 14 foot by 25 Sprint in Wood Carbon is probably one of our more popular Sprint models, mainly because it offers such a broad range of paddlers an easy entry into
what is a very performance focused board and ultimately performance focused lineup from Starboard.
The Sprint has a very broad appeal because it can actually achieve so much, it's exceptionally quick in the flat, that's primarily what it's designed for, but performs really well in the sea and small chop.
