The 2023 Red Paddle Co 12'6 x 28" Elite works best as either a fast cruiser or for those making early steps into paddleboard racing. An inflatable paddleboard well suited to paddlers up to 120kgs, the 2023 12'6 x 28" Elite is exceptionally rigid thanks to Red Paddle Co's patented Forward Flex Control (FFC) system and Rigid Stiffening System (RSS) without sacrificing stability, making this a thoroughly usable performance paddleboard.
So much of the Red Paddle Co 12'6 Elite's performance lies in its design. With a paddleboard thickness of 5.9" the Red Paddle Co 12.6 Elite was always going to be stiff but add in the Red Paddle Co RSS Batten System and their patented FFC system which utilities two carbon struts to lock out the forward section of this board - you have an incredibly rigid paddleboard. This feature-loaded paddleboard also has a rocker line designed for fast gliding performance, a forward most FFC loading point on the top of the deck of the board is perfectly formed to shed so that it does not run down the deck to your feet and handles on the forward section of the paddleboard making beach starts a breeze. Underneath the Red Paddle Co 12'6 Elite features a nose runner to aid tracking and a US fin box with removable hex-core glass fibre race fin at the rear to ensure the right amount of grip without adding drag.
All Red Paddle Co 2023 models use Red Paddle Co ATB Transformer Board Bag; the totally redesigned all terrain wheeled backpack that features their bagless carry system. This two-part bag system means you can access more remote waterways without the need for a bulky bag and just take your paddle and pump.
