The 2023 Red Paddle Co 9’4 Snapper inflatable paddleboard is designed specifically with the smaller paddler in mind. Ideally suited for paddlers up 60kg this feature-rich SUP inflatable has everything that is best about Red Paddle Co, just in a smaller package. The Red Paddle Co 9’4 Snapper has a shorter and narrower design which is perfect for younger riders as well as paddlers who are on the petite side.
The all-round’ design of the Red Paddle Co 9.4 Snapper means that is just as well-equipped as the Red Paddle Co 10’6 Ride, the most popular board that Red Paddle Co supply, meaning that it will glide easily on flat water and up the river, while still riding smoothly and predictably in surf, assisted by a narrower tail to enhance maneuverability. The narrowness of the Red Paddle Co 9’4 Snapper means that younger riders will be able to paddle using a more appropriate technique, letting the board track more effectively.
What makes Red Paddle Co inflatable SUP boards unique is their Mono Structural Laminate (MSL) composite and airtight coating. MSL is unique to Red Paddle Co and fuses the second layer of hard-wearing polymer to the drop-stitch core at the raw material stage, removing hand glueing errors. This high-tech industrial process also saves almost 2kg in weight and makes the boards stiffer at lower pressures, when compared to other brands. This combined with Red Paddle Co’s Tec-Air technology which enables inflation up to 22PSI means this inflatable SUP is one of the stiffest available. Its lightweight design is a welcome addition, meaning children will be able to carry their own boards for once!
