The award-winning SIC RS 14'0" SF has evolved to be faster, stronger and lighter. The SIC RS 14'0" has been reworked to dramatic effect significantly increasing the overall top speed and acceleration of this already proven shape. The improvements to the RS have seen the nose of the board being pulled in slightly from the widest point giving it a more refined and purposeful shape that drives not only better upwind but also improved acceleration and the top end speed. Volume from the rails has also been redistributed down the centre line of the top deck creating more of a centre peak; this sheds water faster while the nose has more ‘pop’ as it penetrates oncoming chop. The overall rocker line of the new SIC RS has also flattened out overall dramatically improving what was already excellent flat water performance. Coupled with the all-new Super Fly (SF) construction, SIC has been able to improve the durability and stiffness of the RS paddleboard contributing to further gains in this new improved shape. All Super Fly constructed SIC RS paddleboards featured a full PVC wrapped core to ensure high levels of impact resistance and protect is lightweight EPS foam core, while the layers of carbon wrap the top and bottom of the board plus a 360-degree rail to rail wrap to finish. If you are looking for a proven pedigree and a versatile, lightweight performance SUP then the SIC RS 14'0" requires some serious consideration.
