HOW DOES IT WORK?

It's as simple as placing an order! Once your order has been shipped, the points will be allocated to your SUP Company account in form of In Store Credit which you can spend on future purchases.

You can see these in your account when logging in on our website - please allow up to 14 days after your order has been placed for this to show up in your account - if for some reason you are still unable to see this, please Contact Us!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • You can Earn Points for every Purchase you make
  • You Earn 1 Point for every £1 you spend on our site
  • 1 Point is valued at £0.05
  • Rewards are allocated to your SUP Company Account 14 Days after your order has been placed
  • You can spend your store credit on Any Product that is not already on Sale (Discounted)
  • If your Order is Cancelled, Returned or Refunded you will also lose the points associated with your order
  • Reward points are not available on Sale items or Discounted Orders
  • Points expire after 12 Months if unused

HOW TO SPEND MY POINTS

When it comes to spending your points, it couldn't be easier!
Simply carry on with your purchase as normal - once you've gone through the Delivery Information and have reached the Payment Screen, you will be presented with your E-Wallet funds which will be subtracted from the Total Amount of your order.

If for some reason you want to keep saving your funds, you can choose not to use your E-Wallet Credit on this order. You won't lose your Credit if you don't spend it straight away, so you can keep saving it for an even bigger order!
