Recommended Board & Foil Setup

Parawinging is more technical than Wing Foiling, requiring greater balance and refined technique. A larger board is recommended for beginners, and a high-aspect glide foil, like those used in SUP Downwind Foiling, helps maximise lift and efficiency.
