How can I place an order?
Placing an order with The SUP Company is simple. Add your chosen products to the basket, proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.

Can I place an order over the phone?
For payment security, we recommend placing orders through our secure online checkout wherever possible.
If you are struggling to complete an order online or need help choosing the right product, call us on 02380 172189 and our team will guide you through the best route.
Are payments secure?
Yes. Payments are handled through secure checkout providers and we do not store your full credit or debit card details.
Available payment options may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, PayPal Credit and V12 Retail Finance, depending on the order value, product type and checkout eligibility.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Bank transfer may be possible by prior arrangement on selected orders. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether this is suitable and provide the correct account details. Orders are only processed once cleared funds have been received.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can usually check out without creating a full customer account. Creating or logging into an account can make it easier to view order history, manage details and speed up future purchases.
I cannot access my account — what should I do?
Use the account login or password reset option on the website. If you still cannot access your account, email help@thesupco.com with the email address linked to your account and we will do our best to help.
Finance options
Do you offer finance?
Yes. We offer a range of finance and payment options through providers including V12 Retail Finance, Shop Pay, Klarna and PayPal Credit, subject to eligibility and checkout availability.

Do you offer 0% APR interest-free finance?
0% APR finance may be available on qualifying items and basket values, subject to provider approval. Available options are shown on eligible product pages and during checkout.
Are finance applications guaranteed?
No. Finance applications are subject to status, eligibility, affordability checks and the finance provider’s terms and conditions.
Can I finance ex-demo or sale items?
Sometimes. Eligibility depends on the product, basket value and finance provider. If you are unsure about a specific item, contact us before ordering and we will help you check the options.
Discounts & gift vouchers
Do you offer discounts?
Promotions vary depending on the product, brand, stock position and time of year. We regularly run seasonal and product-specific offers.
You can also browse our sale and clearance collection for current deals.
Do you price match?
Where a product is genuinely like-for-like and available from a UK competitor at a lower price, we may be able to match or beat the price. Please read our Price Match Promise or email us with the competitor link before ordering.
How do I use a gift voucher or discount code?
Enter your voucher or discount code during checkout in the discount code box. If you have any issues applying a valid code, contact us before completing your order.
Delivery & shipping
Which couriers do you use?
Courier choice depends on the item, destination and delivery service selected. Smaller parcels are usually sent with standard parcel couriers, while larger items such as hard composite boards, long paddles and oversized watersports equipment may require specialist freight.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Next-day delivery may be available on selected in-stock items, depending on the product, order time, delivery address and courier service. Larger or specialist freight items may take longer.
Do you deliver to Scotland?
Yes. We deliver to Scotland. Remote areas, including the Highlands and Islands, may incur additional charges or take longer. Contact us if you are unsure before ordering.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes, but delivery options and charges can vary depending on the size and type of product. High-volume items such as composite boards and fixed-length paddles may require a custom quote.
Do you deliver internationally?
International delivery may be possible on selected items, depending on destination, product size, courier availability and shipping cost. For large or high-value items, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best option.
No courier is available for my country — what should I do?
Some destinations require custom shipping quotes due to size, weight, destination or courier restrictions.
Email help@thesupco.com with the items you want to order and your full delivery address. We will review the options and come back to you with a quote where possible.
Where can I find your delivery policy?
You can read the latest delivery information on our shipping policy page. If you are ordering an oversized item or need delivery by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Returns & warranty
Can I return an online order?
Online purchases can be returned within 14 days, provided they are returned as new and in the original packaging. You may open the item for inspection, but it must be returned unused, complete and in a resalable condition.
Please include your order confirmation or a note with your order number and reason for return.
Can I return an in-store purchase?
In-store purchases can be returned within 21 days if they are unopened, sealed, unused and returned with proof of purchase.
Do you offer direct exchanges?
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size, colour or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 5 days for us to process the refund. Your payment provider may then take up to 5 working days to complete the refund back to your account.
Are customised items returnable?
Customised or made-to-order items, including cut-to-length paddles and specially modified products, may be excluded from standard returns unless faulty.
The product is faulty — can I make a warranty claim?
Yes. If you believe there may be a fault with a product purchased from The SUP Company, please complete our warranty and aftersales form so our team can review the issue properly.
Most brands offer warranty cover for manufacturing defects, but every claim needs to be assessed based on the product, issue, age, condition and the relevant manufacturer’s warranty terms.
To help us review your claim quickly, please have your order number, product details, serial number, clear photos and, where relevant, a short video showing the issue.

Demos & product advice
Can I try a paddleboard before buying?
Yes. Our SUP Test Centre at Woodmill, Southampton gives customers the chance to compare suitable paddleboards and paddles on sheltered water, subject to availability and conditions.
This is especially useful if you are choosing your first board, comparing inflatable and hard boards, or moving into touring, racing or performance paddling.
Can I demo wing, foil or electric equipment?
Selected wing, foil and electric products may be available through our Try It Now at The SUP Co x Lymington service. This is a premium try-before-you-buy service for serious buyers and is subject to approval, suitability and availability.
Can you help me choose the right product?
Yes. Tell us your height, weight, experience level, where you plan to paddle or ride, and what you want to achieve. We can help you choose the right paddleboard, paddle, wing, foil, wetsuit or accessory setup.
