Delivery Services
We use various providers based on the delivery address and service selected. While we strive to meet advertised dispatch and delivery times, delays beyond our control (e.g., postal disputes) may occur.

Split Deliveries
Your order may arrive in separate installments due to item availability or mixed delivery services. In such cases, we will inform you in advance.
Restricted Delivery Locations
- PO Box addresses: Delivery is not available.
- Hotels and Third-Party Couriers: Deliveries to these locations are at your own risk once the courier confirms delivery.
International Deliveries
Orders shipped outside the UK may incur import duties and taxes. These charges are:
- Your responsibility.
- Non-refundable if delivery fails due to unpaid duties.
If goods are returned to us due to unpaid duties, you will be refunded minus return shipping costs and associated charges.
Pricing and Availability
