Price Match Promise
At The SUP Company, we work hard to keep our prices as competitive as possible. We regularly review the market and, where appropriate, we’re happy to match or beat the price of UK competitors on like-for-like products.
If you find an identical product we sell at a lower price elsewhere, our Price Match policy is designed to make sure you can still buy with confidence from The SUP Company.
Price Match Criteria
To qualify for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be identical (same brand, model, size, year and specification).
- The product must be in stock with both The SUP Company and the competitor.
- The product must be available for immediate delivery (no pre-orders).
- The competitor must be UK-based.
Please note: international retailers often advertise prices excluding VAT and are therefore not eligible for price matching.
How to Claim a Price Match
If your price match request meets the criteria above, simply get in touch with our team and provide the following information:
- The product you wish to purchase from The SUP Company
- A direct link to the competitor’s website showing the lower price (price comparison sites are not accepted)
Once verified, we’ll confirm the price match and guide you through the next steps.
Important Information
How long is a price match valid for?
Price match offers are valid for 48 hours from the time we confirm the match. The product must be purchased within this window.
Can price matches be transferred?
No. Price match offers are non-transferable and apply only to the customer who requested the match.
Are sale or clearance items included?
Clearance, liquidation, refurbished, ex-demo or limited-stock offers may be excluded at our discretion.
