- Import Duties & Taxes: Please note that you will be responsible for paying your local country’s import duties, VAT, and any administration fees upon the arrival of your goods. These are charged by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping fee.
As for returns; we will happily refund an item purchased from The SUP Company if returned to us within 30 days; excluding gift vouchers and customised products, except when faulty. Returned goods must be unused and supplied in their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty.

The 10'8" is the most popular size in the Starboard range for a reason. Its straight outline helps you track straight, meaning you can take more strokes on one side before having to switch—perfect for exploring the coast or local rivers. At 33" wide, it provides a rock-solid platform for beginners, yoga, or even taking a passenger (four-legged or human!) along for the ride

Deluxe Construction (Woven Dropstitch): This isn't your average inflatable. The Deluxe tech uses a woven dropstitch which makes the board significantly stiffer and lighter than traditional knitted versions.

Welded Rail Technology: Unlike many brands that glue their seams (which can fail over time), Starboard mechanically welds theirs. This creates a permanent, airtight bond for incredible longevity.

Galvanized Rails: The rails are reinforced with 2000D deck and bottom strings for extra stiffness and impact protection.

This board has been part of our professional demo fleet and has been meticulously maintained:

Status: Lightly used during our 2024/25 test sessions.

Condition: Excellent. It has been cleaned and fresh-water rinsed after every use. You may find very minor cosmetic marks from being packed into the bag, but the board is 100% airtight with no repairs or damage.

Integrity: All D-rings, handles, and the fin box are in perfect working order.
