The SUP Company x Red Paddle Co at the Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show (Feb 2026)

Tony Jones |

If you’re heading to the Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show this February, come and say hello – we’re teaming up with Red Paddle Co and bringing a proper slice of watersports stoke to the NEC.

Where to find us: Hall 5, right next to the Watersports Pool (the one where you can try kayaking and paddleboarding free of charge). It’s hands-down one of the best bits of the whole show – and it’s the perfect place to get a feel for what you actually want before you buy.

Show details

  • Event: Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show
  • Venue: NEC Birmingham
  • Dates: 17–22 February 2026
  • Times: 10am–6pm
  • Find us: Hall 5, next to the Watersports Pool

If you’re planning a year of adventures – campervan weekends, coastal missions, lake days, or just want an easy “grab-and-go” way to get on the water – this is the ideal place to start.

What the collab is all about

Red Paddle Co make some of the most trusted inflatable SUP kit on the planet – and at The SUP Company we’re big believers in matching people with the right board and paddle setup (not just “the most popular one”). This show is the perfect chance to do exactly that, face to face.

Expect:

  • Red Paddle Co boards & kit on display – touring, all-round, family-friendly options and performance shapes.
  • Honest advice from a team that lives on the water (and sells the kit every day).
  • The Watersports Pool right next door – so you can actually try paddling and get a feel for stability and size before committing.

Try paddleboarding & kayaking for FREE (yes, really)

The pool is at the back of Hall 5 and you can try paddleboarding and kayaking free of charge. If you’ve ever wondered:

  • “Will I wobble loads?”
  • “What size board do I actually need?”
  • “Is an inflatable SUP genuinely stable enough?”
  • “Could we do this as a family on holiday?”

…then this is exactly the place to find out.

Tony’s tip: take a towel. If you’re new, there’s a fair chance you’ll get a bit wet – and that’s half the fun.

What we’ll help you figure out (fast)

Most people don’t need “more choice” – they need clarity. Pop over and we’ll help you nail:

  • Board type: all-round vs touring vs performance
  • Size & width: stability vs speed (and what matters for your height/weight)
  • Paddle choice: the most overlooked upgrade (and it changes the whole experience)
  • Accessories: what’s genuinely useful vs what you can skip

On the paddle side, if you want a proper deep-dive before the show, this guide is the one we point customers to:

Want to try boards properly after the show?

If the NEC pool gives you the bug (it usually does), the next step is trying boards on sheltered water with time to compare properly.

Our SUP Test Centre at Woodmill, Southampton is designed for exactly that – try up to 3 boards and 3 paddles in a one-hour session.
