Which version should you choose?
The 16 PSI version is the simpler, lighter option and will suit many all-round inflatable boards perfectly well. The 20 PSI version offers more headroom for higher-pressure boards, has a two-stage system for faster inflation, and also adds deflation capability. If you have a touring board, want more versatility, or simply prefer the stronger all-round option, the 20 PSI version is the better buy.

Will this reach the pressure needed for an inflatable SUP?
Yes. Both versions are designed for high-pressure inflatables. The 16 PSI model will suit many boards, while the 20 PSI version gives extra headroom for higher-pressure setups.
Does it stop automatically?
Yes. You set the target PSI first, and the pump stops once that pressure is reached.
Can it deflate the board as well?
The 20 PSI version can be used for deflation. The 16 PSI version does not have a deflation mode.
