The Starboard Surf Longboard Deluxe (2025) is the premium inflatable version of Starboard's award-winning hardboard longboard. It is engineered for UK paddlers who want an authentic "surf feel"-nose riding, carving, and fluid transitions-with the portability of an inflatable.

This is the sort of board that is worth choosing carefully, because the right shape can make paddling feel easy and rewarding, while the wrong one can feel hard work from day one.

Where it sits in the range

This sits in the more surf-oriented part of the Starboard range. Compared with a touring or all-round board, it gives you more manoeuvrability and a looser feel on a wave face, but you give away some straight-line glide and flat-water ease.
