When you place an eligible order on thesupco.com while logged into your account, rewards are tracked automatically through our Smile-powered loyalty programme.

3. Earn 5% back in loyalty credit

For eligible purchases, you receive 5% of the qualifying order value back in rewards to use on a future order, subject to the programme terms and any exclusions.

4. Redeem your rewards later

Once rewards have been added to your account, you can redeem them against a future purchase through the Smile rewards panel, subject to the programme terms below.

Do I need an account to earn rewards?

Yes. You must be logged into your customer account when placing an eligible order for rewards to be tracked correctly.

When are rewards added to my account?

Rewards are usually added after your eligible order has been processed. In some cases there may be a short delay before they appear in your account.

Can I use rewards with other discount codes?

Reward redemptions are subject to the discount functionality available at checkout and may not always be combinable with other promotional codes, bundle offers or discounts.

Do I earn rewards on all products?

Rewards apply to eligible purchases only. Certain items, services, bookings, special orders, gift cards, discounted items or excluded products may not qualify.

What happens if I return an order?

If an order is cancelled, refunded or returned in full or in part, any rewards linked to that purchase may be removed or adjusted accordingly.

Can rewards be exchanged for cash?

No. Rewards have no cash value and can only be redeemed in accordance with the options available through the Smile-powered rewards programme.

1. Membership

The programme is available to customers with a registered account on thesupco.com. You must be logged into your account when placing an order to receive rewards. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or remove membership where we believe the programme is being misused.

2. Earning rewards

Eligible purchases earn rewards at the rate displayed on this page and within the rewards panel at the time of purchase. Rewards are calculated on the qualifying transaction value only and do not apply to non-qualifying elements such as shipping charges, gift cards, redeemed reward discounts, taxes where applicable, or excluded products or services.

3. Eligible and excluded purchases

Unless otherwise stated, rewards apply to standard eligible product purchases made through thesupco.com while logged into a valid customer account. We may exclude selected items, discounted items, gift cards, services, bookings, special order items, deposit payments, or any products clearly marked as excluded from rewards.

4. Redeeming rewards

Rewards can only be redeemed in accordance with the options made available within your account through our Smile-powered programme. Rewards may only be redeemed by the account holder and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to previous orders.

5. Single use and non-cash value

Reward vouchers or discounts issued through the programme are single-use unless expressly stated otherwise. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be refunded once redeemed.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Where an order is cancelled, refunded or returned, we reserve the right to remove or adjust any rewards earned from that transaction. Where a reward has already been redeemed against an order that is later refunded, the value of that reward may be deducted, reversed or otherwise adjusted in line with the original transaction.

7. Promotional exclusions

From time to time we may run promotions, bonus reward events or special offers. Unless expressly stated, rewards cannot always be combined with other discount codes, promotional vouchers, bundle discounts or third-party offers.

8. Abuse of the programme

We reserve the right to cancel rewards, suspend accounts or remove access to the programme where we reasonably suspect abuse, manipulation, fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, unauthorised referrals or behaviour that undermines the fair operation of the scheme.

9. Changes to the programme

We may amend, suspend or withdraw the rewards programme, including the earn rate, reward options, eligibility criteria or these terms, at any time without prior notice.

10. General

The SUP Company Rewards programme is operated at our discretion and is intended for genuine retail customers shopping for personal use. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
