While Jerome Bonier proved its racing potential, dominating the event by winning almost all of his races, the Blitz isn’t strictly a dedicated race foil. Instead, it’s positioned as a versatile, freerace foil that excels in easy, controlled speed, enabling riders to comfortably overtake their buddies without fighting the foil.

- Blitz 550: Designed for lighter riders or stronger wind conditions, the 550 is the ultimate speed machine. Jerome himself reached speeds of nearly 33 knots winging and an astonishing 38 knots kite foiling. It’s perfect for day-to-day high-speed winging and kite foiling.
Tuning and Setup Recommendations
The Blitz foils pair exceptionally well with the new Duotone 94cm D/LAB 2.0 mast, though they’re compatible with other Duotone and Fanatic carbon masts. It’s crucial to position the mast towards the back end of your tracks for optimal front-foot balance. Jerome recommends experimenting with shims, as small adjustments can fine-tune your ride experience based on water conditions and personal preferences.
