Description
Description
The Infinity Everready Team Elite Carbon is a premium 14ft race SUP built for paddlers who want one board that feels fast, composed and confidence-inspiring across real-world UK conditions — tidal rivers, messy chop, open-water bumps and everything in between.
If you’ve loved the idea of a dugout race board (lower stance, better control) but don’t want something that only shines on one type of water, the Everready is designed to be exactly that: your “turn up anywhere and race” option.
Where it sits in the Infinity race range
Everready is the balanced all-water choice — the board we point most racers towards when they want speed and predictability in mixed conditions.
Prefer a more specialist feel?
- Blackfish – a classic race shape for efficient speed and a familiar “race board” feel (great if you’re focused on flatter water and clean technique).
- Whiplash – a speed-first dugout design for experienced paddlers who want maximum pace and don’t mind a more focused ride.
Why choose the Everready Team Elite Carbon
- Proper all-water confidence – stays settled when the water gets messy, so you waste less energy balancing and more energy moving forward.
- Race-ready acceleration – picks up speed quickly off the line, out of turns and onto runners.
- Lower, more connected stance – dugout feel helps you hold form when you’re tired (and makes buoy turns feel calmer and more controlled).
- Lightweight premium construction – the Team Elite Carbon build keeps the board responsive without feeling twitchy.
- Multiple widths – choose the speed you want without guessing your stability level.
Size guide: which width should I choose?
Width choice is the make-or-break decision on a race board. If you’re unsure, go slightly wider — you’ll be faster overall if you can apply power confidently and stay on your feet.
| Size | Best for | Simple guidance |
|---|---|---|
| 14'0" x 21" | Experienced racers, lighter paddlers, maximum speed focus | Choose this if your technique is solid and you’re happy managing stability to gain pace. |
| 14'0" x 22.5" | Strong intermediates to advanced racers | A brilliant “fast but usable” width for racing and training in mixed UK water. |
| 14'0" x 24" | Most paddlers stepping into a premium race board | The confidence sweet spot for all-water speed without feeling on edge. |
| 14'0" x 26" | Heavier riders, choppier venues, long-distance comfort | If stability is your limiter, this is often the quickest choice in the real world. |
| 14'0" x 28" | Maximum stability, confidence-first race training | Ideal if you want a very planted platform for big water, fitness paddles or stepping up from touring shapes. |

FAQs
Is the Everready a good first race board?
Yes — especially in the wider sizes. If you’re stepping up from a touring board and want a “race shape” that won’t punish you when conditions get bumpy, the Everready is one of the most confidence-inspiring options. If you’re unsure, we’ll usually steer you towards 24" or 26" for your first premium race board.
How do I choose between 22.5" and 24"?
22.5" feels quicker and more responsive when your technique is solid. 24" tends to be faster overall for most paddlers in UK conditions because you can apply power more consistently and stay relaxed when the water gets messy.
What’s the difference between the Everready, Blackfish and Whiplash?
Everready is the balanced all-water race option. Blackfish is a classic race shape with a very direct “race board” feel and excellent efficiency. Whiplash is a more specialist speed tool for experienced paddlers who want maximum pace and are happy with a more demanding ride. If you want one board to cover the widest range of venues, Everready is the safest bet.
Does it come with a fin, leash or paddle?
Premium composite race boards are typically supplied board-only. If you’d like us to confirm exactly what’s included with the current stock batch (or help you add the right fin/leash/paddle), contact us and we’ll make it crystal clear before you order.
Can I demo this board before buying?
Yes — book our Woodmill SUP Test Centre and we’ll help you compare widths back-to-back. It’s £25 per person and refundable against a paddleboard purchase. It’s the easiest way to choose the right size with confidence.
I’m not sure which width I need — can you help?
Absolutely. Tell us your height, weight, experience level, where you paddle most (river / sea / downwind), and what you’re aiming for (fitness / racing / training). We’ll recommend the width that will make you fastest in the real world — not just on paper.
