The RS Pro Race Master SUP Rail Saver is the big-coverage solution for serious race boards with tall, boxy rails and very real exposure to paddle strikes. If you have invested in a high-end race board, this is exactly the kind of low-cost protection that makes sense before the rails start looking tired.
In the RS Pro lineup, this sits at the top end for coverage on specialist race shapes. It goes beyond the Jumbo Railtape by targeting the thicker, boxier rails commonly found on elite race boards. If you are on a touring or downwind board with less extreme rails, Jumbo may be enough. If you are on a more general hard SUP, the standard SUP Railtape is usually the tidier fit.

How is this different from the Jumbo Railtape?
Race Master is the more specialised option for race boards with boxier, thicker rails. Jumbo is still big and generous, but Race Master is the more purpose-shaped choice when you want maximum race-board coverage.
Do I need this on a touring board?
Not always. Many touring boards are better served by Jumbo or the standard SUP Railtape. This product really comes into its own on dedicated race shapes.
Will it hide the board graphics?
No. The material is transparent, so you still see the board underneath while gaining proper rail protection.
