Rather than focusing on dark polarised lenses for sunny leisure use, these use a clear ANSI Z87+ rated polycarbonate lens with 100% UVA and UVB protection, which makes them a smart choice for riders, drivers, beach setup, workshop use, windy launches and active days where you want eye protection without heavily tinting your vision.
In simple terms, these are a strong option if you like Pit Viper styling but need something more functional for mixed light, protection from spray, dust or debris, and day-to-day use where a dark lens would be a drawback. They are not the pair to buy if your main goal is cutting hard reflected glare off the water. For that, a polarised model will be better.

The Exciters are the most protection-led and utility-focused model of the four.
