The new Gen R marks the next step forward in raceboard innovation. Inspired by feedback from the 2023 ICF World Championships and shaped by insights from paddlers of all levels, it’s built to deliver top-tier performance across a wide range of conditions—while remaining accessible and responsive for every racer.
The 2025 Gen R Features:
STREAMLINED FOR PERFORMANCE
Slimmer, Lighter, Faster
The new Gen R features a reduced volume and thinner profile, making it lighter, quicker off the line, and more responsive—especially in side winds or during beach starts.
Optimized Rails
Rounded rails towards the nose improve tracking and control in side wind conditions, delivering the ideal blend of stability and precision handling.
Extended Standing Zone
A longer standing area allows for easier stance adjustments, giving racers more flexibility during sprints and downwind sections.
Refined Rockerline
The updated rockerline combines the nose profile of the previous Gen R with the tail of the All Star, offering a balance of acceleration on flatwater and control in rougher conditions.
Lower Standing Area
Now 1.5cm lower than before, the standing area lowers your center of gravity, enhancing balance, control, and responsiveness.
Recessed EVA Handle
A 1cm-deep EVA handle provides a soft, secure grip—ideal for fast beach starts and comfortable carrying.
Hydro-Vee Nose
The V-shaped nose is designed to shed water quickly, improving handling in chop and giving the board extra lift and “pop” in messy conditions.
Dual-Layer Travel Protection
Each Gen R board includes a high-quality board bag and board sock, offering maximum protection and convenience for travel, storage, and race day prep.
