- Orders under £100: Small items and accessories typically ship from just £4.95.
- Hard Boards & Large Items: Specialist fragile shipping ensures your composite board arrives safely (rates calculated at checkout).

- VAT-Free Shopping: All orders placed from outside the UK are exclusive of UK VAT (20%).
- Import Duties & Taxes: Please note that you will be responsible for paying your local country’s import duties, VAT, and any administration fees upon the arrival of your goods. These are charged by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping fee.
As for returns; we will happily refund an item purchased from The SUP Company if returned to us within 30 days; excluding gift vouchers and customised products, except when faulty. Returned goods must be unused and supplied in their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty.
