When will my order be dispatched? (except Composite Boards)

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 1500hrs are dispatched the same day

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 1500hrs are dispatched the next work day

Orders placed Saturday, Sunday & UK Bank Holidays are dispatched the following work day.

When will my Composite Board be dispatched?

All Composite Boards are collected and dispatched on Friday of every given week.

If the order has been placed between Monday and Wednesday, then it will be dispatched on Friday of the same week.

All orders placed after Wednesday will be dispatched the following Friday.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We carry large volumes of stock and are therefore able to offer extremely quick delivery. Our standard Mainland UK service for orders under £100 is a 48 hour signed for service with Royal Mail. We also offer a Next Day and Saturday service.

Composite Boards are shipped on a 3 (working) Day Service, with the most likely day of delivery being Wednesday.

Can I have my order delivered before a particular time?

Yes, we offer either a Mainland UK Next Day Delivery Before 1200 hours or 1030 hours. This is with tracked courier service. Unfortunately due to their size, this service is not available for Composite / Solid paddleboards.

Can I have my order delivered on a Saturday?

Yes, simply select Mainland UK - Saturday Delivery at the checkout.

How will I know my order has been sent?

At the time of dispatch you will be notified that your order is on it's way to you and tracking information will be included.

How can I track my delivery?

Small items and in the majority of cases 'Orders Under £100' are sent with Royal Mail on a 48 hour service which requires a signature. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking update from Royal Mail via email.

Next day services (including before 1200 hours and 1030 hours) and Saturday delivery are dispatched with DPDLocal. We have selected DPDLocal as a partner as they notifiy you with an hours window of delivery via SMS and / or email.

Due to their size, solid / composite paddle boards; are sent with large item specialist DX Freight. As DX Freight specialise in moving larger items this makes it difficult to predict how long drop off's can take. Therefore at this present time DX Freight are not yet able to provide an hours window delivery on their services. At the time of dispatch, a tracking number for your order with DX Freight will be emailed and can be used on their website for updates. DX Freight will also call you prior to making delivery to ensure that someone will be in to take delivery.

I live in the Channel Isles (outside the EU), can I purchase ex VAT?

Yes, our website uses IP recognition to ensure you are viewing prices inline with your browsing location ie: you are in Jersey using an IP address in Jersey will result in you automatically viewing our websites pricing as exclusive of UK VAT. How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders (with the exception of solid / composite SUPs. fixed length paddles and windsurf rigs) destined for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands & Scilly Isles are sent on a two day delivery service.

Solid / composite paddleboards, fixed length paddles and windsurf rigs due to their size and fragile nature can take between 3-7 days to arrive although we will always aim for quicker.

 

Are there any other charges?

We highly recommend that you check your national import policy. It is essential that you understand and budget for any import taxes that you may have to pay.  The SUP Company is not responsible for these charges and if they are due you should be contacted by your customs office. Sadly, if The SUP Company sends an item out and it is then rejected by the customer, you will receive a refund for the item when it is returned to The SUP Company less the total returns shipping costs and any associated charges.

 

Can I have my order delivered on a Saturday?

Yes, this is possible. However it is likely to incur additional charges. Please please call us on 004423 8017 2189 or contact us via help@thesupco.com to discuss your requirements.

 

How will I know my order has been sent?

At the time of dispatch you will be notified by email that your order is on it's way to you.

How can I track my delivery?

Small items such as clothing are usual sent via Royal Mail. In this instance you will be sent a tracking code via email allowing you to follow your order.

Larger items such as adjustable and three piece paddles as well as inflatable paddle boards are dispatched with a dedicated courier service. For deliveries within the United Kingdom, Republic of Island, Channel Isle and Isle of Man this is DPDLocal.

Fixed length paddles and solid / composite paddleboards will be dispatched with another courier service. At the time of dispatch The SUP Company pass your delivery details, mobile number and email address to the courier who then contacts you with a notice of delivery.

Please be aware that all deliveries from The SUP Company require a signature at the time of their arrival.

Delivery to Europe

Brexit Notice

The United Kingdom has now left the European Union. All orders placed that are to be shipped to a country within the European Union are subject to 0% United Kingdom VAT. Therefore all pricing displayed when viewed from or shipped to an European territory is now exclusive of U.K VAT.
As a result, you the purchaser maybe liable for the Value Added Tax (sometimes called GST or TVA) in your country. These rates and import duties differ from country to country, so it is your responsibility to be mindful of this and have budgeted accordingly.

You should budget for any import taxes and duties that you may have to pay. The SUP Company is not responsible for these charges and if they are due you should be contacted by your customs office. Sadly, if The SUP Company sends an item out and it is then rejected by you the customer, you will receive a refund for the item when it is returned to The SUP Company less the total cost of shipping and associated returns shipping costs as well as any charges relating to your order.

Please note that all product warranties are unaffected by Brexit and are still valid as per the manufacturers terms.

Please note that if a customer rejects a package or does not pay for the Customs' duties and tax fees, we will charge a 25% restocking fee to cover the return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning an item for a refund please be aware that we will not be able to refund you the either cost of shipping or the duties paid prior to receiving the item.

I live outside of the United Kingdom, can I purchase exclusive of  Value Added Tax (VAT)?

Our website has the ability to recognise your browsing location and should display the pricing you are seeing accordingly. For example if you are based in the USA, then the price offered will be exclusive of VAT.

Please note however, if you are ordering from outside the UK yet shipping your order to an address within the UK, then your order will be subject to VAT.
