Description
The Infinity Wide Speed is a surf SUP for paddlers who want the balance of a wider board while keeping useful response on a wave. Its fuller nose and tail provide support when waiting for sets and paddling into waves; the rail shape helps the board engage when you start turning.
Who it suits
Choose the Wide Speed if you already paddle and want a dedicated surf shape with more stability than a narrow performance SUP. The extra width is useful in unsettled water or when moving down from a larger board. It is not the first choice for touring, distance fitness or learning to paddle on flat water.

Do not choose volume from weight alone. Your balance, usual wave size and current board matter; tell us what you ride now and whether you want easier wave catching or a tighter turning feel.

Will the larger size make learning easier?
The 8'6 adds volume and length, which can help paddling and balance. Both sizes remain short surf SUPs: a larger all-round board is usually easier for your first paddleboarding sessions.
