Situated on the mile long Calshot Spit in a former Royal Navy Aircraft Hanger called Schneider Hanger, The SUP Company X Calshot Test Centre is a stone’s throw from the water’s edge. Unique for the South coast of the UK, Calshot Spit benefits from a tidal lagoon on its northern side on Southampton Water, while the Southern side of the Spit offers immediate access out into the Solent with it skate park like bumps and jumps. This means that in almost all wind conditions you can get on the water at Calshot for a demo session.
