New In: Ozone Flux V1 Wing

New In: Ozone Flux V1 Wing

Ozone break cover with their all new wing, the Ozone Flux V1, at the recent Spring Wingding Regatta held at the Saint Francis Yacht Club in San Francisco.

The new Ozone Flux V1 made a dominant outing with Ozone team riders  Johnny Heineken and Ken Adgate finishing first and fourth respectively. In fact Johnny achieved an incredible 14 race wins out of 14 using Ozone’s new Flux V1 wing, which is yet to be released. Ken narrowly missed out on the podium but was also very fast using the Ozone Flux wing in all races. Over 60 of America’s top wing racers attended the event, which has become a highly respected competition in the wind-sport racing community. Johnny, who was a world champion in kite racing, now focuses on wing foil races and is thrilled with the performance of the Ozone Flux wing. What’s all the more impressive is the Flux is not specifically designed for racing but incorporates advanced materials and aerodynamic knowledge gained from Ozone’s 25 years of experience in paragliding and kiteboarding wing production.

We are very excited about the impending launch of the Ozone Flux V1 which will be officially released in May, and the success of Johnny and Ken has already generated a lot excitement about the potential of this all new wing surfing wing.
