Wetsuits & Neoprene for UK Waters (SUP, Surf, Wing & Kite)
UK conditions are rarely “tropical” — even in summer you’ll feel windchill, and in spring/autumn the water can bite. This collection is built to keep you warm, flexible and comfortable across SUP, surfing, wingfoiling, kitesurfing and kayaking, with quality wetsuits and the accessories that make sessions easier (and longer).
Whether you’re buying your first suit or upgrading to something warmer and more performance-focused, we’ll help you get the fit right — because the best wetsuit is the one you actually want to wear.
Quick UK guide: what thickness do you need?
2/2mm–3/2mm: late spring to early autumn, warmer days, higher activity sessions (great for SUP and summer surf).
4/3mm: the UK all-rounder for spring/autumn (ideal when the air feels cooler than the water).
5/4mm (and hooded options): winter warmth for cold-water and wind-driven sports (wing/kite sessions especially).
Long Johns / Short Johns: brilliant for paddling freedom and shoulder mobility — pair with a neoprene top/jacket when needed.
Boots/Gloves/Hoods: the “secret weapon” for extending your season without jumping straight to a thicker suit.

Wetsuits FAQs
How tight should a wetsuit be?
Snug — like a second skin — but not painful. You want no big gaps behind the lower back, under the arms, or around the neck. If you can pull handfuls of neoprene away from your body, it’s usually too big and will flush cold water.
Chest zip vs back zip: what’s better?
Chest zip is typically warmer and more sealed (popular for surf/wing/kite). Back zip is often quicker/easier to get on and off and can be great value. If you’ve got shoulder mobility issues, tell us and we’ll steer you to the easiest entry options.
What’s the fastest way to feel warmer without buying a thicker suit?
Add boots and gloves (and a hood if you’re really pushing into winter). Warm extremities make a massive difference, especially for wind sports where you’re exposed between gusts.
I do multiple sports — can one wetsuit cover SUP, surf, wing and kayak?
Often, yes. The key is choosing the right balance of warmth and flexibility for your “coldest” sessions, then adding lighter layers for summer. Tell us your main sport and location (e.g., south coast/Solent) and we’ll recommend the best do-it-all route.
How do I look after my wetsuit so it lasts?
Rinse after use, dry inside-out then outside-out, avoid leaving it cooking in the car, and hang it properly (wide hanger helps). Good care keeps it warmer for longer and protects seams and stretch.
