As for returns; we will happily refund an item purchased from The SUP Company if returned to us within 30 days; excluding gift vouchers and customised products, except when faulty. Returned goods must be unused and supplied in their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty.

The Ray is the "Grand Tourer" of the SUP world. While race boards like the Strike are built for speed, the Ray is built for the experience. It shares a similar waterline to Fanatic’s race range but features a more forgiving rail shape and a wider tail. This board has been part of our professional demo fleet and has been well-looked after by our staff:

Cosmetic: In great condition. Being a hard board, it has some minor "rail rash" and light paddle scuffs from normal use. There may be a few small surface scratches on the underside, but nothing that affects performance.

Structural: 100% watertight and structurally sound. No repairs have been made, and the board is stiff and responsive.

Traction: The high-quality EVA deck pad is clean and shows minimal wear.
