Description
The Foil Drive External Antenna is the upgrade to look at when signal strength is being compromised by your board construction. It is primarily designed for Foil Drive Gen 2 riders using boards with carbon tracks or carbon-heavy layups where reliable communication through the board can be harder to achieve.
For many setups, the standard built-in antenna is perfectly fine. This is why we do not push the External Antenna on everyone. It is a problem-solver product, and when your board genuinely needs it, it can make a very noticeable difference.

Do all Foil Drive boards need this antenna?
No. Many setups work perfectly with the standard built-in antenna. This upgrade is mainly for more difficult board constructions, especially carbon track boards.
