If you want a board that feels premium, fast and properly surf-inspired, this is it. The Hypr Hawaii Alia is a stunning looking SUP with a performance feel on the water – quick to accelerate, smooth through chop, and genuinely fun when you step back and turn it. This one is in Hypr’s Unobtainium build and it’s been an ex-display, so you’re getting that “top shelf” board feel for a lot less than new.

This shape makes loads of sense if you want one board to cover a few bases: relaxed paddles on sheltered water, playing in little wind swell, and proper SUP surfing when the conditions line up. At 27” wide it’s stable enough to be confidence-inspiring, but still narrow enough to feel lively and responsive.

Hypr boards have a really distinctive “premium” feel – both in finish and how they ride. You’re getting a board that looks special, paddles efficiently, and has that surf DNA… but with ex-demo value, and barely any water time on it.
Who is this board best suited to?
Ideal for intermediate paddlers, or confident beginners looking for a higher-end all-round / surf-style board. The 27” width gives stability, but it’s still lively and responsive compared to wider beginner boards.
Is it more of a surf SUP or a cruiser?
It’s genuinely both. It’ll cruise nicely on flat water, but the shape and feel are clearly surf-inspired – it’s the sort of board you can enjoy on calm days and still be excited to take into waves.
