As for returns; we will happily refund an item purchased from The SUP Company if returned to us within 30 days; excluding gift vouchers and customised products, except when faulty. Returned goods must be unused and supplied in their original packaging, unless the goods are faulty.

Yes. These boards are built around stable widths and friendly shapes, so you can focus on balance and paddle technique rather than fighting the board. If you’re between sizes, we’ll happily advise based on your height, weight and where you plan to paddle.
How do I choose between Nera, Yarra and Loa?
Go Nera for a straightforward first package and a lighter carry. Choose Yarra if you want more comfort and features for regular use. Pick Loa 11'6 if you’re a heavier rider, want extra stability, or plan to take a child/dog/gear more often.
How long does it take to inflate?
Most paddlers are on the water in around 5–10 minutes. The included pump gets you moving quickly, and it’s a great warm‑up before you paddle.
Do I need anything else to get started?
You’ve got the essentials in the bag. We’d still recommend a buoyancy aid, suitable clothing for the conditions, and a dry bag for valuables. If you’re paddling rivers or moving water, a quick‑release leash setup is the right way to do it.
