Where It Sits in the Range
The AllroundAir SL is JP’s most economical all-round inflatable, aimed at beginners and casual paddlers who want a quality board that does everything well. If you’re mainly paddling sheltered water, beaches and calm rivers—and you want easy stability with a nice glide—this is the sweet spot.

If you want maximum versatility (and you’re mainly paddling solo), the 10’6” is the classic all-rounder. If you’re a bigger paddler, want extra stability, or like the idea of taking a child/dog/extra kit more often, the 11’0” is the easier choice.
Is this stable enough for a complete beginner?
Yes—this is exactly what it’s built for. The shape has a calm, stable feel, and the wider tail helps a lot when you’re finding your balance.
Can I upgrade the fin later?
Yes. It uses a US box compatible fin system, so you can swap fins to suit your paddling (more tracking for canals/rivers, for example).
