Description
The SIC Maui Okeanos Air-Glide FST 11'0 x 29 is the 2021 version of SIC's inflatable touring SUP. Its 305-litre volume and 29-inch width provide a stable platform for fitness paddling and day trips, with fore and aft deck rigging to secure light touring kit.
Who it suits
A practical option for paddlers looking for a touring shape that is easier to store and transport than a rigid board. At 11 feet long, it favours all-round touring and fitness use over the straight-line glide of a longer race board. The 10.1 kg board weight is before adding the pump and other kit.
Key features
- Fusion Skin Technology (FST): a heat-fused outer skin designed to limit stretch and help the inflated board hold its shape.
- Fore and aft bungee tie-downs: provide places to secure kit for a day out.
- 2+1 fin configuration: the centre fin supports tracking; side-fin boxes offer additional set-up options. Side fins are not listed in the package contents below.
- Diamond-grooved EVA deck pad: provides grip underfoot.
