The SIC Okeanos DF is a rigid touring paddleboard for regular paddlers who want efficient glide, space for day-trip equipment and a board that is ready to launch without inflation. It suits fitness paddling and longer journeys when you have room to store and transport a hard board.
Choosing between the sizes
The 12'6 × 29-inch model is easier to accommodate off the water and offers the wider platform. The 14' × 28-inch model favours longer-distance glide, but its narrower outline deserves a careful assessment of your balance and usual conditions. Neither size should be chosen from the maximum rider figure alone.

FAQs
Is the 14-foot board automatically the better choice?
No. Its extra length helps distance glide, but storage, carrying and balance matter too. A board you paddle confidently through chop is usually more useful than a narrower one that makes you hesitate.
Can I add side fins?
Yes, using compatible FCS II side fins. They are separate accessories; check the intended fin combination and local depth before changing from the supplied centre-fin arrangement.
