Description
The Tahe Borneo is a wide, family-oriented sit-on-top kayak for solo paddling, two adults or two adults with a child. Its stable hull, three seating positions and generous rear storage make it a useful choice for relaxed outings, family days and paddlers who want room for additional kit.
At 410 cm long and 84 cm wide, the Borneo has the footprint to carry a useful load while remaining manageable for sheltered-water and near-shore paddling. Integrated rollers help with short land transfers; they can be removed while paddling. The thermoformed TST construction is designed for regular use and resistance to knocks and scratches.
Who it suits
Choose the Borneo if you want a stable sit-on-top with room for a second adult or a child passenger. Its size and 34 kg weight mean it is a substantial kayak to move, so plan for storage and transport help. For a compact solo kayak, a smaller model will be easier to handle.
