This very lightly used Duotone complete foil setup remains in excellent condition and represents a great opportunity to step into a high-performance Duotone SLS foil package for considerably less than buying the individual components new.

Built around the fast and agile Carve 3.0 SLS 800, the package combines Duotone's premium 90cm Aero Mid QM SLS carbon mast with a 66cm Aero AL 3BS fuselage and PX175 stabiliser. It is an excellent setup for experienced riders looking for speed, carving performance, waves, powered winging and freestyle.

Although pre-owned, this setup has seen very little use and has been carefully looked after. It remains in excellent overall condition, with only the minor signs of use you would reasonably expect from foil equipment that has been on the water.

Why Choose This Setup?

The Carve 3.0 SLS 800 is a performance foil rather than a first-flight foil. At 800cm² it rewards a rider who already has reliable take-offs and foil control and now wants more speed, tighter carving, better pumping and a more connected feel.

The 66cm fuselage keeps the foil lively and responsive while retaining enough pitch stability for everyday performance winging. Pairing it with the PX175 stabiliser adds a little extra support compared with a smaller rear wing, making the package slightly calmer without taking away the character of the Carve 800.

The 90cm Aero Mid QM SLS carbon mast completes the package. Its additional mast length gives good clearance through chop and during harder carving, while the stiff carbon construction gives a direct connection between rider and foil. Duotone's Quickmount system also makes assembling and packing down the foil considerably easier.

For many riders this creates a useful balance: you retain the speed and manoeuvrability of the smaller 800cm² front wing while gaining a slightly more settled feel through transitions, touchdowns and changes in speed.

Riders looking for the loosest and most aggressive possible setup could move to a smaller compatible PX stabiliser later, making this package a good foundation from which to tune the foil as your riding develops.

66cm Aero AL 3BS Fuselage

The Duotone Aero AL 3BS 66cm fuselage is a strong all-round choice for performance wing foiling.

A shorter fuselage can make a foil extremely loose but also more demanding in pitch, while a longer fuselage provides additional stability at the expense of some manoeuvrability. At 66cm, this setup sits neatly between those extremes and provides a good mixture of control, carving response, glide and pop.

90cm Aero Mid QM SLS Carbon Mast

The Duotone Aero Mid QM SLS is one of the standout components in this package, bringing premium carbon mast performance to the complete setup.

It is particularly well suited to riders interested in:

It would not be our first recommendation for somebody learning to foil. An 800cm² front wing requires more board speed and better foil control than a larger freeride or progression wing. Newer riders should consider a larger option from our Duotone wing foil range.
