It’s fast (up to 8.5km/h), has three speed modes, and it comes as a bundle with two batteries so you can stay in the water longer without calling it quits early.
It’s also self-floating (a huge confidence boost when you’re swapping hands, sorting your mask, or helping someone else), and it has a GoPro mount on top if you want to film the good bits.

This is the premium / high-power Jobe seascooter package: higher top speed and a dual-battery setup. If your plan is relaxed holiday snorkelling at gentle pace, you may not need “Pro” power — but if you want more pull, more speed, and more time on the water, this is the one people upgrade to.

Can I take the Jobe Seascooter Pro Package on a plane?
Often, no — the Pro’s batteries are high capacity and may not be permitted by many airlines. Always check your airline’s current lithium battery rules before you buy if flying is part of the plan. If travel is the priority, have a look at the Subnado Lite, which is designed around travel-friendly battery capacity (airline rules still vary).
How long does it run for on the water?
It’s commonly listed as up to around 2 × ~40 minutes with the two batteries, depending on speed setting, water conditions and how hard it’s working. If you sit on top speed the whole time, expect less.
What’s the difference between this “Pro Package” and cheaper sea scooters?
The Pro stands out for higher top speed (up to 8.5km/h), strong thrust, and the fact it’s supplied as a dual-battery bundle. Cheaper models tend to be slower (often around 5km/h) and/or come as a simpler single-battery setup.
Is it suitable for kids?
It can be, but this is a powerful unit. We’d always recommend close adult supervision, using it in calm, controlled water first, and pairing it with sensible safety kit (buoyancy aid, wetsuit/neoprene in the UK, and clear rules about where/when it’s used).
