Introducing the Duotone Glide 2.0 SLS foil – the next evolution of Duotone's best-selling Glide wings, designed to boost performance while preserving the key characteristics that made the original Glide range so popular. With their expanding range of foils, Duotone saw an opportunity to refine the Glide wings to maximize their core strengths: superior pump and glide.
In developing the Glide 2.0, Duotone incorporated a more cambered profile to generate extra lift and took the original glide outline concept to the next level. The new design concentrates more surface area near the center of the wing, where most of the lift is produced, while streamlining the tips for reduced drag. This change has greatly improved the lift-to-drag ratio, making the wings feel incredibly efficient and powerful for their size. In fact, we recommend choosing one size down from the previous Glide range to fully experience the benefits of the Glide 2.0.
The increased aspect ratio not only supports downsizing but also makes the Glide 2.0 ideal for Downwind Foiling and Prone Foiling. The larger 1350 model even serves as a dock-start wing for advanced riders, thanks to its lifty and stall-resistant characteristics. With thinner, low-drag tips, the Glide 2.0 offers smoother side-to-side rolling, making it more fun to turn and maneuver, while maintaining top-tier efficiency.
They've paired the Glide 2.0 with our new H stabilizers, providing exceptional all-around performance across the various disciplines the wing is designed for.
